<p><strong>About the Role</strong></p>
<p>The company is seeking an Operations Compliance Manager to ensure that the company is, and remains compliant with all the compliance requirements that are mandatory in the day to day operation of the business allowing retention of current customers and to aid in gaining new customers by remaining competitive in the market place.</p>
<p>This role is key in ensuring that the business meets its customer service commitments (which should be consistent with the service offering) by way of the monitoring and management of continual improvement through KPI measurements and reporting, as well as recording, reporting and monitoring the Fleet Owner / Driver performance whilst they are conducting work.</p>
<p>Subsequent to the above, the Compliance Officer is to ensure, through auditing, that all of the fleet schedulers and implementers correctly enter all facets of the time and work recording data of their Fleet Owners / Drivers into the in-house FMS system in a timely manner and to ensure that all POD documentation is correctly completed and received by the company. This is to ensure compliance with the various statutory bodies requirements to allow continued membership and participation in their Organisations.</p>
<p>This role is the gatekeeper for all compliance requirements and responsibilities.</p>
<p><b>Primary Responsibilities</b></p>
<ul>
<li>Ensure all audit compliance and records of such are maintained for accuracy.</li>
<li>Develop and/or modify work instructions for all Operations areas.</li>
<li>Ensure all internet-based record management requirements are up to date and valid.</li>
<li>Ensure all internet-based induction requirements are up to date and valid.</li>
<li>Ensure ALL inductions required for the business to fulfil customers deliveries are completed and valid.</li>
<li>Coordinate the NHVAS and other accreditations associated with compliance to this scheme.</li>

<p>My client is a privately owned Logistics and Transport company that is recognised as one of Australia’s biggest. Operating out of a<strong> South East Melbourne</strong> depot this constantly growing business is looking for more people to join their expanding team.</p>
<p><strong>About The Role</strong></p>
<p>The company is currently seeking an experienced Transport Allocator/Scheduler to join their logistics and transport team based in their South West Brisbane depot. You will be responsible for the allocation and scheduling of up to 50 trucks to various locations locally within a team of two.</p>
<p>On a daily basis, you will work with a team of logistical personnel and drivers’ ensuring a high level of teamwork and communication is performed so that merchandise is delivered in full on time and in a cost-effective manner.</p>
<p>Geographical knowledge and the ability to grow relationships with customers and within the business is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in the transport industry and is looking to join a team where they are willing to grow within the company. They must have the capability to learn and implement the companies’ process and procedures.</p>
<p><strong>Duties</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Daily dispatching and coordination of fleet (50 Trailers)</strong></li>
<li>Ability to multitask and work to a deadline</li>
<li>Monitor and manage the activities of drivers and loaders</li>
<li>Supervision and leading of a team</li>
<li><strong>Dispatch in a fast-paced and high volume environment</strong></li>
<li><strong>Communicating effectively with the team</strong></li>
<li>Resolving any transport disruptions</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Proven track record in a transport and supervisory role</li>
<li><strong>Allocation and Fleet management experience required</strong></li>
<li>Forklift license desirable but not essential</li>
<li>Strong attention to detail</li>
<li><strong>Strong Experience in logistics and transport  and warehousing</strong></li>
<li>Flexible attitude towards work and ability to be a team player</li>
<li><strong>Basic Microsoft Office, Excel and administration skills required</strong></li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Monday to Friday role with some weekends might be required during the busy season.</strong></p>

<p>The company is currently seeking an experienced Route Implementer to join their logistics and transport team based in their South West Brisbane depot. You will be responsible for load and route implementation to various locations locally within a team of two.</p>
<p>Geographical knowledge and the ability to grow relationships with customers and within the business is essential. The ideal candidate will have experience in the transport industry and is looking to join a team where they are willing to grow within the company. They must have the capability to learn and implement the companies’ process and procedures.</p>
<p><strong>Duties</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Execute the daily load and route plan for all flattop channel deliveries.</li>
<li>Assist in all areas in your work environment.</li>
<li>Direct contractors in their execution of the daily load and route plan.</li>
<li>Participate in regular Company and Independent Contractor meetings.</li>
<li>Monitor and manage the activities of drivers and loaders.</li>
<li>Communicate with all key stakeholders internal and external.</li>
<li>Abide by the predetermined daily load quantities for Independent Contractors.</li>
<li>Ensure the data completion of all loads ‘live’ in FMS despatch.</li>
<li>Communicate all/any delivery/pickup issues with Contractual Clients and other customers.</li>
<li>Immediately report any incidents of accidents or non-conformance to Management. Resolving any transport disruptions.</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>Skills &amp; Experience</strong></p>
<ul>
<li><strong>Proven track record in a transport role</strong></li>

<li>Maintaining constant training and staff development, ensuring that OH&amp;S is a top priority for all within the warehouse</li>
<li>Continuous Improvement &#8211; Effectively communicate with various business units, identify dispatches and stock management. Anticipate issues and efficiencies, implement new techniques, work smarter not harder, process analysis and implementation</li>
<li>Health and safety – improve OH&amp;S procedures by increasing awareness, training, and development, make sure procedures are implemented</li>
<li>Scheduling of contractors and staff on public holidays and ensuring labour control and budgets are managed effectively</li>
<li>Effective running of the warehouse and Stock Control, including receiving, dispatch, monitoring of raw material</li>
</ul>
<p><strong>You will:</strong></p>
<ul>
<li>At least 5-10 years’ experience in a similar management position within the Cold store / Meat environment – non-negotiable</li>
<li>Excellent attention to detail to identify non-conformance issues</li>
<li>Leadership skills to coordinate and facilitate the day-to-day operational excellence and direct team effectively</li>
<li>Certificate III in Warehousing or Logistics or similar</li>
<li>Great customer services skills</li>
<li>Computer competent on Microsoft office and some other ERP related to inventory/warehousing</li>
<li>Forklift Ticket – non-negotiable</li>
</ul>
